David Lasne

Fondateur & RP Sénior

With over 20 years of experience in communication agencies specializing in PR, public relations, and digital PR, he has developed strong strategic and operational expertise in leading PR and social media campaigns across a wide range of sectors. His experience spans diverse industries including healthcare, fashion, tourism, hospitality, leisure, entertainment, tech, gastronomy, soft drinks and spirits, as well as music, film, literature, and major events held in Paris and across France. Since January 2018, he has founded and led Spark-Agency—an agency unlike others—built alongside senior partners, each an expert in their field, who can be mobilized depending on client needs.

Hugo De Luca

With nearly 10 years of experience in communication agencies specializing in PR and public relations, Hugo has developed both strategic and operational expertise in managing PR and social media campaigns across the tech, entertainment, and spirits sectors. Since July 1, 2018, he has been working as an independent consultant with Spark-Agency, handling accounts such as Deezer, Parc Astérix, and mk2, as well as working independently with clients including Amazon Prime Video and Guillotine. Hugo brings together a wide range of expertise across Consumer/Lifestyle and Food & Beverage, with a strong focus on Entertainment and Culture.

Flavie de Lachapelle

After six years in communication agencies, she moved in-house in 2008 by joining the communications team at Bacardi Martini France. From 2008 to 2023, Flavie built an extensive career alongside major companies such as Heineken Entreprise, France Boissons, Pirelli, Maison Hennessy, and Compagnie du Ponant, developing strong expertise across all areas of communication, including internal, external, and social media. Based in Marseille since June 2022, she chose to leverage her experience to support new organizations as an independent consultant. She then joined Spark-Agency to take on the challenge of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games on behalf of Danone France.

Élodie Haffreingue

After honing her skills over seven years in leading communication agencies such as Ogilvy Paris and Weber Shandwick, Elodie developed strong expertise in the conceptualization, development, execution, and management of public relations campaigns. She has worked with major French and international consumer brands including Google, YouTube, Bacardi-Martini, HSBC, Beats by Dre, Delpeyrat, KFC, and Zippo. Elodie began her freelance career in 2020. With nearly 12 years of experience in public relations, she now works as an independent PR consultant for clients such as TikTok and Parc Astérix.

Gabrielle Lartigue

Social Media & Influence Manager Senior

A Community Manager and Influencer Relations Consultant, she has been working independently for nearly 10 years. She supports a wide range of companies across diverse sectors, including automotive, tech, cosmetics, home decor, food, and public institutions, with a particular sensitivity to health and wellness topics. She has also been a lifestyle blogger for the past 15 years. This dual expertise gives her a strong understanding of digital tools and their evolution, as well as the codes and dynamics of the industry. Today, she helps numerous brands shape and manage their influencer relations strategies, working with bloggers, YouTubers, Instagrammers, TikTok creators, and more.

Sophie Orain

Sophie has over 15 years of experience in media relations and influencer marketing strategies, working with both national and international brands and companies. Now an independent consultant, she previously led the Brand & Engagement department at Omnicom PR Group for two years, contributing both to the agency’s business development and to shaping clients’ brand awareness strategies. Sophie began her career at Publicis Consultants, working on fashion and food brands, with key clients including Monoprix, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, Maggi, and Yoplait. She then spent six years at Thomas Marko & Associés, where she worked on both corporate and consumer communication strategies.

Mélanie Gallet

With nearly 20 years of experience in communications and public relations, Mélanie supports brands in addressing their visibility, awareness, and transformation challenges. Former Head of PR at The Messengers, she led a team of 10 and developed integrated strategies for major clients. Now an independent consultant, she brings her cross-sector expertise (tech, food, corporate) to Spark-Agency, after advising brands such as Huawei, eBay, AdopteUnMec, TomTom, Nestlé, JouéClub, Olympus, Sony, and VOI.
